113 Polaroids (7.6 x 10.2cm, Zink Photo Paper)

The degree course Curating at the Zurich University of the Arts trains students to become curators. The young curator Ken Paranada invited me to exhibit an art work at the Museum Bärengasse, which space offers prospective curators a platform for various exhibition purposes. In Where do we go from here I show a contextual work, which portrays 113 renowned curators. In order to pronounce their names correctly, I added their first and last names in phonetics on the white stripe under the photo. The criteria for the selection of these persons were, that they all directed or curated previous documentas, manifestas or one of the many international biennials.
