Space blanket, chocolate, 90 x 210 x 2cm

We are aware of the recurring images that appear in the daily media: stranded refugees reaching the borders of Europe after hours of traveling, drenched and hypothermic, wrapped in golden space (thermo) blankets, warming themselves up at the fire.

The space blanket, alienated from its real purpose, served as material for a sculptural body made of wrapped chocolate bars.
